Make Me A ZALORA Model is an annual competition created by ZALORA in 2016. It serves as an opportunity for aspiring models to fast track their career and become the newest face in the modelling scene across Asia.
Previous Year Example
During the first launch of MMAZM, there is a clear lack of branding and direction for the campaign. A mixture of serif and san serif typefaces are used through out the designs and overall usage of imageries and layout does not fit ZALORA's branding. The landing page uses a very simple grid wireframe. Flow of information is rigid and inconsistent.
Revamp in 2017
As the first launch of MMAZM was a success, the campaign team are eager to continue the project on a yearly basis and having a consistent branding and up-to-date design would ideal. To draw away from the usual wireframe that is used throughout the website, a single column layout is applied and information of the content is rearranged for a smoother transition. Excessive colors are removed and neutral shades of monochrome are applied. A single typeface (ZALORA's typeface, Apercu) is used throughout the page.
